3321458 - Invoices are not pulled from ERP/ISU system into C4C

• You have integrated with ERP/ISU, and noticed that invoices are not replicated to C4C
• Invoices are not fetched from ISU (COD_UTILITIES_ACCOUNT_OVERVIEW)
• C4C Utilities Error while reading Invoice data

1. Open an account in C4C
2. Go to Finances, or whatever the tab is named
3. Go to Invoices or payments

Missing settings or bug

• If your system is on Support Pack 50 and under, please apply the following notes:
• 2899764 - Incorrect  Payments and Amount due values are displayed under Invoice Tab of Utilities Financials
• 2896488 - Customer Due amount not matching to Amount Due and Open Amount values of Invoice tab under Utilities Financials Screen
• If the above are not valid for your system, then proceed to activate FQEVENT 1231 with following function module: "ISU_GET_ITEMS_1231"
1. Run Tcode /nfqevents
2. Search for "1231 Biller Direct: Group Items for Display"
   
• if no entry is found under Installation-Specific Function Modules, then click the Pencil to add
• Enter "ISU_GET_ITEMS_1231"
3. Save your changes and test
