3321493 - ESI - Error "No Web service configuration for this access path" even the configurations are correct

Symptom

After successfully configuring Local or Central integration scenarios and running Pending Tasks in SOAMANAGER, the creation of the Logical Port is successful. 

However, when attempting to perform a ping test on the logical port one of below messages may occurred.

  • Error message "No Web Service configuration for this access path" is returned, despite all configurations appearing to be correct as per KBA 2212497.
  • Error 'Web service ping failed (RC=401). Service Ping ERROR: Unauthorized'. If check the ICM trace, the 401 Unauthorized error is returned by an incorrect client.
