3321502 - IBP: Planning Objects Rejected in Excel Add in - Input data contains no change. Use force update if data refresh needed

• Records are getting rejected when trying to create a combination in Master Data Workbook in Excel Add in;
• Once refreshing the sheet, it's possible to visualize the records on the sheet, however, when checking in "Planning Objects" the combination is not present;
• The rejection report says: "Input data contains no change. Use force update if data refresh needed."
