3321565 - The restriction against AOR does not work as expected.

For a user, restriction has been maintained against specific plants.
However, the user still has access to other plants in AOR(Area of Responsibility).
The user can also access the production orders in other plants.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

The restriction is controlled by restriction type : Order Type/Plant.
The restriction type is only maintained in certain business catalog.
For other business catalogs, it is not maintained.

Maintain the restriction for all of the business catalog related to  restriction type : Order Type/Plant.
