3321634 - Error during import MDF Parent Object "Cannot Save Blank Data"

The customer is getting an error during an import of a custom MDF parent object that only contains username and date, the error just says "Cannot Save Blank Data "

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Access the instance
2. Goes to Import and Export data
3. Select import
4. Select the proper CSV file
5. Upload the file
6. Click validate
7. Go to monitor job
8. Download the details
9. See the error on the file "Cannot save blank data"

the customer create a save rule on the Parent Object that when there is no composite child, or its Regulatory Body Name is empty, the error  'Cannot Save Blank Data' is raised

The customer can adjust the Rule, or import composite record with parent record together.
