3321663 - Error with Competency Language in Check Tool (Check ID: JDMInactiveLocaleCheck) - Job Description Manager

When running the checks for Job Description Manager application in Admin Center > Check Tool, issue(s) for the check "JDMInactiveLocaleCheck" are found.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Description Manager

At least one of the languages of the competency must be active in your instance for the competency to be created in Job Profile Builder. The migration from Job Description Manager to Job Profile Builder will fail if a competency does not exist in at least one of the active languages.

Go to Admin Center > Manage Languages and enable the relevant languages.

NOTE: If the locales are Norsk (no_NO), Svenska (sv_SW), or Tagalog (tl_PH), these locales were deprecated in 2025 and will require engineering intervention. For these locales, please create a case under component LOD-SF-TIH-JDM with the following details:

• Data Center (URL of your login screen):
• Company Instance ID (where to apply changes):
• Attachment showing all other check tool errors are resolved
• Written approval
