The Job Profile Builder migration has not been completed
The migration to Job Profile Builder must be successful in order to remove the errors. Please follow the steps in 2276692 - Best Practices on Job Description Manager to Job Profile Builder Migration.
A translation is not populated for English US
English US translations are required in order for the migration to complete successfully and can be corrected following the below steps:
- Log in to system
- Follow the steps in Implementing and Managing Job Profile Builder - Exporting Your Job Profile Data Using Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export and select different family entities
- Navigate to Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager
- Locate the MDF Data Export job and select View Details
- Click on Download Status to download the file
- Locate the name.en_US column
- Populate translation values > Save
- Follow the steps in Implementing and Managing Job Profile Builder - Importing New Job Profile Content Using Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export to import the file
A translation is not populated for an enabled language pack
If there are multiple languages enabled, each one needs to have a translation populated. If any translations are empty for a system language, the migration job will fail. The steps to review and correct this are:
- Log in to system
- Follow the steps in Implementing and Managing Job Profile Builder - Exporting Your Job Profile Data Using Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export and select different family entities
- Navigate to Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager
- Locate the MDF Data Export job and select View Details
- Click on Download Status to download the file
- Review column L (createdLocale) e.g., en_GB
- Compare column L to the respective language name column e.g., name.en_GB
- Populate translation values in the language name column > Save
- Follow the steps in Implementing and Managing Job Profile Builder - Importing New Job Profile Content Using Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export to import the file
