SAP SuccessFactors Job Description Manager

• Multiple roles are mapped to the same job code in Job Description Manager
• Roles are not associated to a family

A job code can have only one role mapped to it in Job Profile Builder. Remove duplicate mappings from the job code for the roles listed in the check results if the data will be migrated to JPB. Export the check results to identify which Job codes have more than one role mapped.

• If this error is identified before JPB is enabled in your instance, you can manage Job Role data in Admin Center > Manage Families and Roles or via import in Admin Center > Job Family/Roles/Competency Mapping Import. • If JPB was already enabled for your instance, these corrections can only be made through Provisioning. As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner to assist with this configuration. If you do not have a Certified Partner, you can look for one using SAP Professional Services / SAP Certified Partner / SAP Account Management Team [SuccessFactors Cloud].

Roles are not associated to a family
