Symptom

  • "The following database error occurred: (CS) "Non supported datatype". For information about this error, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2054721 on the SAP Support Portal (IES 10901)" error message appears while scheduling WebI reports.
  • "while trying to load from index [index number] of an object array with length [length number], loaded from static field com.sap.connectivity.cs.remoting.protocol.CS.Status.values_" error message appears when testing the connection based on the problematic WebI report in Information Design Tool using the server middleware.
  • The issue started to occur, after moving the server Operating System from Windows Server to Linux Server.
