When running the checks for Job Description Manager application in Admin Center > Check Tool, issue(s) for the check "JDMRolesMappedToCustomField" can be found.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Description Manager

Mapping a role to a custom field is not supported in Job Profile Builder. Any data with this mapping can't be migrated from Job Description Manager to Job Profile Builder.

It is necessary to remove the unsupported mapping with custom fields.

In Job Profile Builder, Roles can be mapped to standard elements and Job Codes. You can check the KBA 2086564 - Managing Competency Mappings Through Families and Roles for more information on how to manage competency mappings with families and roles.
