When the user tries to upload XML template in Provisioning, the system it is throwing this error.
The system encountered error(s) when importing the template.
Errors Validating Recruiting Template:
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "com.successfactors.template.bean.TemplateField.getLocalizedDescription()" because "this._newField" is null

Cause
One or more of the defined field does not contain the locale label.
Resolution
In XML viewer, try to look for the keyword "[CDATA[]]></field-label>" This means that the corresponding field ID has no label is configured in it. Supply the necessary label and re-upload the XML file.
