3321766 - MDG-F: File upload error: "Enter a value for field Start Edition"

Symptom

You performed file download for MDG-F objects like GL Account. At step 4 "Define Download Settings", you selected the Download Method as "Download Changes Only" and provided a Start Edition. You saved the the download as a Variant and you use the same file downloaded and same variant to perform a file upload. At step 3 "Determine Upload Settings" you will get error "Enter a value for field Start Edition" after clicking on Next.
