Hiring manager can see only one portlet (Identity) in Provide Additional Details page during Add New Hire to Onboarding.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Hiring manager goes to Add New Hire to Onboarding page.
2. Fill out the basic details.
3. Click "Provide Additional Data" button.
4. Only Identity portlet is loaded in the page.

Target population type isn't configured as "External user" for hiring manager permission role.

• Update the target population for responsible permission role.
• For manual onboarding process, it is a must to have target population type as "External user". Either it could be ''All external user'' (OR) restricted external user (i.e external users based on department, location, division).
• Additionally, you need to create a separate role that only has 2 specific permissions with the target population as all external users:

             - employee central effective dated entities
             - employee data

• Please associate this with the affected manager.
