3321918 - Valid To Field in Sales Quote

When copying a Sales Quote, the value in field Valid-To date has the same date of previous Sales Quote.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Workcenter. 
2. Navigdate to Sales Quotes view.
3. Search for Sales Quote ABC (the one you need to copy). 
4. In Sales Quotes OWL, click "More".
5. Click "Copy".
6. In the new Sales Quote, you can see that the Valid-To date has the same date of the previous Sales Quote.

The Valid To is determined based on the date profile only if the Valid To in the original quote is in the past.

You can treat copied quotes as complete independent and redetermine the validity. However, you can also think of a quote for a seasonal product setting the validity to the season the product is offered. Here, you clearly would expect that a copy of the quote has the validity as the copied quote.
