Symptom
- How to avoid the Change document ID from being generated every time a Change document is created and is not saved?
- Incident/Service Request/Problem ID gets generated every time the document is created and even if the document is cancelled.
- Need to restrict the creation of Incident/Change document ID only when saving the document and not upon creation itself.
