3321975 - Error message "Access to resource is unauthorized. Verify and try again." in Pipeline Manager/Forecast Tracker

Error message "Access to resource is unauthorized. Verify and try again." appears when an user tries to access Pipeline Manager and Forecast Tracker.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Login with user ABC (in which the issue is reproducible).
2. Go to Intelligent Sales Execution workcenter.
3. Go to Pipeline Manager or Forecast Tracker view.
4. You will see the following error message: "Access to resource is unauthorized. Verify and try again."

The mentioned user doesn't have the Territories Workcenter view assigned, therefore for him the Territory value helps on the one hand side are empty and also the Pipeline Manager functionality doesn't work as expected.

In order to solve this, please maintain Territory workcenter assigned for the user. In case the Territory workcenter is not available when editing Access Rights for business users or business roles, please follow the help document Scope and Configure Territory Management to scope it.
