3322000 - Users not appearing in JAM

Users created in the IAS not showing in JAM

SAP JAM Collaboration

1. Access IAS
2. See the user is in there
3. Go to the backend of JAM
4. Try to search for the user
5. The user is not appearing.

Go to Job Logs and see if the job is running. If is not, is expected that the users are not syncing with JAM.

Please run the job, this job will delay depending on the amount of users that is pending on the sync

Also, once the job finish, schedule this job to run after the amount of minutes that the job took to finish (ex: if the job took 30 minutes to finish, schedule the job to run at every 30 minutes)
