3322167 - Standard icon is not loading in SAP Marketing Cloud when use custom them from BTP

Followed guide Integrating Custom Themes and Integrating UI Theme Designer to integrate custom theme into SAP Marketing Cloud. However at runtime, notice standard icon is not loaded as following image:

If collect console log use browser developer tool while simulating the issue, can see following log:
