1. Do audit logs exist for the app and the integration with Teams? 
    There is no separate audit logs for the app. All API calls to SuccessFactors are handled by the central SF audit log system, including data retention policies
2. Are there backups of data related to the app and the integration with Teams?  
    There is no independent backup mechanism in our app. We do not store business data locally—data is queried in real time via SF APIs. 
3. Will SAP process personal data from this Teams app for other purposes than to the initial one (e.g. training of AI algorithm) 
   No  personal data from app is processed for any purpose other than the core functionality of the app.
