The table storage data collector setup via the transaction DBAcockpit - Configuration - Data Collector Framework overview fails with the following error in the CREATE statement
SQL0206N  "S.RECLAIMABLE_SPACE" is not valid in the context where it is used.  
CREATE VIEW SAPTOOLS.DBH_SNAP_TABLE AS SELECT...
FROM  SAPTOOLS.DBH_SNAP_TABLESTO 
Another symptom is when setting up the data collectors, the following error is reported.
DBAcockpit - Configuration - Data Collector Framework, Table Storage collector is not scheduled
Configuration tab shows reason Setup Status is (Unable to get definition of view 'SAPTOOLS.DBH_SNAP_TABLE'!)
