3322359 - Error: "CIG-PLT-05663" for documents sent through Managed Gateway when using a PI/PO middleware

Symptom

When sending transactions through the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Transaction Tracker, they are failing with the following error message:

Unable to determine DocumentType/DocumentStandard. Please verify if the payload complies with integration schemas and mandatory fields are passed.. Suggested Action : Please verify if the payload structure or namespace is in the agreed integration format.ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-05663.
