3322392 - Switch is switched off after activating Business Function

Symptom

After activating a Business Function in the system (or via transport) and checking the associated Switch, it is still deactivated.

If checking the Switch status in transaction SFW_BROWSER, the following error message is shown:

'The switch has an incorrect state: switched off/deactivated. The correct state would be: switched on.'
