3322452 - Red asterisk not consistently showing even if the field is mandatory

Asterisk symbol is not consistently showing in mandatory field.

This happens when there is an ambiguous setup on the UI, caused due to uncalculated setup of UI rules.

If the same UI rule has been setup on InitUI, InsertUI and also on the onChange of field. When there are more UI rules on the field, they all trigger on OnChange event, changing the "Required" and "Visibility" property of many fields.

In this case, this needs to be corrected/updated by Implementation Partner since this needs configuration related assistance. 

When creating a new/fresh UI and used that on the profile, then the red asterisk will appear as expected.
