3322464 - Comments Not Visible From Other Users In a Performance Form

During any step in the performance form cycle, comments from other users are not visible.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

• Section comments have not been enabled
• Item comments have not been enabled
• Field permissions haven't been granted for Read or Write
• Owner role was excluded from section comments field permission
• The Rating Option selected does not show the comments by default
• The Ratings from Others tab permissions haven't been granted
• Comment option for the section is configured to not show comments

The Rating Option selected does not show the comments by default

Each rating option will display different system behavior, and depending in the rating option, comments will not display by default. Please review Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Rating Options for more details on expected system behavior for each option.

The Ratings from Other tab permissions haven't been granted
