3322471 - Unable to edit additional discount and additional description fields under the Discounts section in the Quote page

Unable to edit Additional Discount and Additional Discount Description fields in the Quote as these fields are greyed out.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

1. Go to any Quote

2. Look for the Discounts section in the Quote

3. Choose add new ("+") button and observe the value as 0 in the discount section and you cannot edit the value or add the discount description

"Additional discount amount" and "Additional discount description" option is not checked under the Cart Field Administration page for the particular User type.

Add the "Additional discount amount" and "Additional discount description" options in editable field group on the Cart Fields Administration page based on your User Type and relevant Quote status.

CART FIELDS ADMINISTRATION SETUP PAGE:

After making the above changes, the Discounts section in the quote page looks like below:
