3322520 - AR18N depreciation simulation (RASIMU_ALV01) shows zero values for future dates when fiscal year carryforward is not completed

• Running AR18N with a future report date shows zero values for APC and depreciation in RASIMU_ALV01. 
• The issue occurs when simulating values for years beyond the current reporting period. 
• In contrast, RAGITT_ALV01 would display the message No data selected for the same future date.
