3322541 - Employee's workflow requests go to an irrelevant manager

Employee C submits a workflow request.

C's manager is A.

The workflow request goes to his own manager A (which is correct). 

But the workflow request also goes to an irrelevant manager B (which is wrong).

①Log in C's SF account, and submit a workflow request.

②Log in manager B's SF account, it displayed C's workflow request (which is wrong).

If click on 'View Details' to view the workflow details, a confirmation message reported: This page is related to a different employment. First, switch to employment undefined. Then, you can view the page in that context.


③Log in manager A's SF account, it displayed C's workflow request (which is correct).

Click 'View Details', it could be switched to the workflow details successfully.

B shares same UUID with A which is wrong.

Create an INC and ask help from engineering team to fix duplicated UUIDs.
