Symptom

Cost Object Replication for Internal Order gets stuck, in transaction /n/AIF/ERR. It shows 'in process' status.

Checking in transaction ST22, it can be found there is dump existing, which occurs time is nearing the stuck message timestamp.

Dump information shows like following:
