Symptom

In regular operation mode, be it production or testing,

  • changes done in the ERP system are reflected very late in P&D. There is a delay of up to 15 minutes.
  • new Service Orders released in the ERP system do not immediately appear in the FSM P&D app, but shows up after a significant period of time goes by.
