3322804 - 'Tax Number Missing For Business Partner XXX'-Withholding Tax Return Run For Israel

You execute the Withholding Tax Return run for Israel and receive the warning message:

Tax number missing for business partner XXX.
XXX stands for the supplier ID.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Tax Management work center.
2. Go to the Tax Returns view.
3. Select the Withholding Tax Returns.
4. Select the Tax Returns ID: YYY (YYY stands for the Tax Return ID).
5. Select View.
6. Under Run Information, open the Application Log ID ZZZ (ZZZ stands for the Application Log ID).
7. Select the Results tab.

There is the warning message: Tax number missing for business partner XXX.

The tax number is not correctly maintained in the Supplier Master Data.

1. Go to the Supplier Base work center.

2. Go to the Suppliers view.
3. Search for the Supplier ID XXX.
4.  Select Edit > Financial Data.
5.  Select Tax Data subtab.
6. Under Tax Numbers, maintain country/region: IL - Israel.
7. In the Tax Number Type column, select Company Legal ID.
8. Maintain the Tax Number in the Tax Number column.
9. Select Save.

Execute again the Withholding Tax Return Run.
