Symptom

Standalone Enqueue server 2.0 doesn't start.

Running "sapcontrol -nr <ASCSinstance nr> -function GetProcessList"

In the dev_enq_server trace file there are the following messages:

[<timestamp>] [<nr>] sapstart.log found in work directory, process started by sapstartsrv
[<timestamp>] [<nr>] *** ERROR => Enqueue Server 2 is starting but Enqueue Server / Replication Server is configured (enq/enable=FALSE, rc=0) [EnqEnqueueSe 312]
[<timestamp>] [<nr>] *** WARNING => NiWakeupClose: parameter invalid (*ppServer == NULL) [nixxi.cpp    10014]
[<timestamp>] [<nr>] *** ERROR => IcmShutdown: NiWakeupClose failed: NIEINVAL (-8) [icxxman.c    1327]
