3322925 - Unable to connect Fieldglass system from IPS

Symptom

When trying to connect Fieldglass systems from IPS the following error can be displayed. 

  • When IPS is running in proxy mode the error below is present in the logs:
    Login failed: Either the username or the password is incorrect. If you need assistance, please contact your Administrator or Supervisor."|}, destination

  • The error in IAG when running Fieldglass in proxy mode:
    Error occurred during group sync: Service call return code : 500

  • When Field glass is the target system:
    "error": "client_person_error",
        "error_description": "Login failed: Either the username or the password is incorrect.  If you need assistance, please contact your Administrator or Supervisor."
