3322958 - ILM store jobs fail after system refresh when SAP IQ is configured as ILM Store

Symptom

Post system refresh from Production to Quality system, the ILM store jobs in Quality system fail with the runtime error "DBSQL_TABLE_UNKNOWN".

Subsequently, the application logs display error message 'Unable to create ZILMSTORRD* tables' in SLG1 transaction.

  • ILM Business Function is active (in transaction SFW5)
  • ILM_STOR Business Function is active (in transaction SFW5)
  • Database for the Enterprise Edition of SAP IQ as of Version 15.4 or above is configured
