3323005 - Unable to connect to HANA db which is in the same subaccount on BTP - SAP Data Intelligence

Symptom

1. In DI Connection Management app, connection test failed for the connection to HANA database which is in the same subaccount as DI.

2. Checked flow agent pod log on Kibana, it has following error, but you confirm HANA database is running and accessible,

ERROR c4981dde-13aa-4a41-ba1a-606bb5aa5955 Remote database is down. HANA Data Provisioning Server will try reconnecting at fixed intervals until success. The interval is configurable via the parameter <framework.maintenancePeriod> in dpserver.ini.
