  • You're using the classical CRM organizational (Legacy, Organizational Management)
  • System doesn't update automatically the Service Organization  or/and the Sales organization when the customer is updated. For instance,  Sales Organization isn't determined even if  customer has been correctly updated with the Sales Organizational data
