3323068 - SQL 105 : Unclosed quotation mark after the character string 'MSSQL Resource governor'. [WP ]

The customer executed transaction SOLMAN_SETUP in SAP Solution Manager system to set up the monitoring environment for a SAP NetWeaver/Microsoft SQL Server system.
The customer started registering the SAP NetWeaver system in Solman Setup process ( Managed System Configuration Part) and obtained following warning message, in step 'System Parameters', after filling the SQL DB Information:

SMSS-Fehler SET_SINGLE_PARA: SQL 105 : Unclosed quotation mark after the character string 'MSSQL Resource governor'. [WP ] [READ_TFLIST]

and in 'Configuration Step' ( Setup Database extractor activity) following error message showed up:
