3323149 - Employees are not able to switch from New to Old Tax Regime on ESS

• After having set Default New Tax Regime , Employees are not able to switch from New to Old Tax Regime on ESS as they getting the error:-"Contact admin as you are already marked for New Tax Option"
• IT declaration- error when employee opting for old -You are not allowed to change, as you already chose tax option as 'New'
• employee opted for New Tax Regime and if he/she want to switch from New to Old Tax regime on ESS then system gives  error after HRSP upgrade.
