3323153 - Destination Troubleshooting in BI 4.x - Collecting logs and reading

Symptom

  • A scheduled report fails, but only when a specific destination is selected (Eg SFTP, email)
  • The report is not delivered to the destination
  • The same report works fine, when it is scheduled without that destination selected
  • It is required to collect the Adaptive Job Server (AJS) logs and analyse further, because the error message didn't give enough information about what the failure was
