3323160 - Planned goods issue date is not correct - S4/HANA Cloud

When using standard API for Outbound Delivery (A2X), the Planned Goods Issue date is displayed differently in the XML file than what was determined in the payload.

When a delivery header is read via the Outbound Delivery A2X service the dates and times are displayed in UTC. However, the time zone of the Display Outbound Delivery App is the local time zone of the shipping or receiving location.

The planned goods issue date (PlannedGoodsIssueDate) and time (GoodsIssueTime) fields are displayed in UTC. Shippinglocationtimezone field can be used to calculate the local date and time in the time zone of the shipping location.
