• Additionally, you may also encounter a 'JMS Resources could not be retrieved' error message in the Queue Monitor - 
  
  
  
  The text of the 'Error Details' is as follows - 
  Internal Server Error while trying to invoke the method com.sap.messaging.monitoring.api.MessagingHostMonitor.isConsumersHigh() of a null object loaded from field com.sap.it.nm.plaf.neo.broker.MessageBrokerManagementComponent.monitor of an object loaded from local variable 'this'.If the problem persists, please refer to KBA 3252694
