3323209 - Authorization error while downloading notes with HTTPS RFC configured using client certificate authentication

NOTE pops up the following error while you downloading an SAP note :-

"Error when receiving response from FCMS: Forbidden"

Error reported in tcode SLG1:-

Could not receive HTTP for SAP-SUPPORT_NOTE_DOWNLOAD: COMM_FAILURE

Connection test for both the HTTPS RFC SAP-SUPPORT_NOTE_DOWNLOAD and SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL is successful.
