After installing analysis office, EPM tabs and buttons became invisible/empty/blank like below after OS/office upgrade.
Environment
- SAP BusinessObjects EPM solutions, add-in for Microsoft Office
- SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office
Reproducing the Issue
Install analysis office and then open Excel
Cause
The root cause is still unknown.
Resolution
As a workaround, please try installing AO without EPM, and then install the standalone version of the EPM add-in.
