Symptom

  • You're integration a S/4HANA TM system with another SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA system as side-by-side scenario.
  • When TM receiving the OTR/DTR XML messages, they can not be processed due to below error:
    "Business partner internal ID &1 does not exist (/SCMTMS/TRQ 259)"
  • However, you can find this business partner in tcode BP.
