3323693 - No incidents displayed under "My Incidents" app in Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

  • Created incidents are not listed under the "My Incidents" app in Fiori Launchpad
  • Incidents are visible in "Resolve and Dispatch" app but not under "My Incidents" app
  • User creates an incident using Create Incident fiori however user cannot see such incident displayed in My Incidents. When using the search in CRM Web UI this incident is found
