Symptom
- Created incidents are not listed under the "My Incidents" app in Fiori Launchpad
- Incidents are visible in "Resolve and Dispatch" app but not under "My Incidents" app
- User creates an incident using Create Incident fiori however user cannot see such incident displayed in My Incidents. When using the search in CRM Web UI this incident is found
