3323780 - Rehire on Old Employment Tasks required to be completed again - Onboarding

After rehire second match, in Rehire on Old Employment (ROOE), the process should be restarted but the review new hire data and personal data collection steps should be skipped, which are not.

The affected user is associated to a customized Onboarding process in Process Variant Manager (PVM), and it has not been to without a Personal data Collection step.

For Rehire on New Employment (RONE), completing these tasks again is expected. However for ROOE candidates, these tasks should not be required again. 

Process Variant Manager (PVM) needs to be updated to incorporate new changes.

1. Go to Process Variant Manager.
2. Open the respective one for which issue is observed.
3. Ensure that Personal Data Collection is not present.
4. Click on Save and Validate and then Activate it again.
5. After activating the PVM, try the scenario one more time.

Note: Please update all required PVMs.

You can check what is the PVM for affected candidate on Manage Data > Process > Paste candidate's Process ID.
