3323799 - Performance Form ID Is Not in Search Results For Employee Name or Username, But Is In Results for Form ID

When searching for a performance form by username or employee name, a form ID is not in the search results. However, it can be found when searching by the Form ID field.

1. Admin Center > Select any of the below options:
   1. Delete Form
   2. Change Form Date
   3. Restore Deleted Forms
2. Enter Username or Employee Name > Search
3. Unable to see the form ID
4. Enter Form ID > Search
5. Can see form ID

Form is sitting with v4admin
