3324005 - Inconsistency between table USR02 and audit log for last logon date in ABAP system

Last logon date in field TRDAT of table USR02 is different from the date in audit log record.
For example, USR02 shows last logon date for user A is 02/19/2023. 
In audit log(transaction SM20 or RSAU_READ_LOG), there is no logon record on 02/19/2023 for user A, and the last logon record is on 02/13/2023.
