3324081 - Could not see Visit List for Route Group

You have created a Route Group in Dynamic Visit Planning with all the valid details, however you couldn't find the Visit List for this Route Group in the system.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Dynamic Visit Planning work center
2. Navigate to Route Groups view
3. Search for Route Group A
4. There shows no Visit List under Visit List tab

OR

1. Go to Dynamic Visit Planning Work Center
2. Navigate to Visit Lists view
3. There is no Visit List there

Both in Visit Lists view and Visit List tab under Route Group, we show Visit List filtered by date and owner by default. So Visit List can't be seen for the route group if the route group owner is not the logged-in user.

The Visit List can be viewed by selecting the owner in the filter. By default Visit List for which the logged-in user is the owner is shown.

1. Go to Dynamic Visit Planning Work Center
2. Navigate to Visit Lists view
3. The Visit List can be viewed by selecting the owner in the filter.
