3324104 - SUM Error: The specified stack file is not digitally signed.

Symptom

After the stack xml file has been provided in the Software Update Manager(SUM) phase SELECT_ROADMAP, there will be a warning message as below:

Warning: The specified stack file is not digitally signed.
