3324134 - DB6: SQL30082N reason "24" on newly installed additional application server

You have successfully installed a new application server using in addition to Primary application server instance.
R3trans works on primary server, but it still fails with SQL30082N reason code "24" on new application server.

You have confirmed the follows: 

1. On the new application server, the password of SAP<SID> user is identical with the one maintained on Primary application server.
2. On database server, command "db2 connect to <SID> user sap<sid> using <password of sap<sid>>" finishes without issue.
